Why a blogger???

Many people start the blog and just continue and blogs become good, but I want to keep the reason for starting this blog and when I look back I just want to know the state of my mind when I started it.

Reasons:
  1. This thing was started because of the two inspirations (Srini and Vinod). These two people are so much into this blog thing, i was also fantasized by these blogs and wanted to try them out.
  2. Many people (friends in particular) share their thoughts with me, most of the time I just hear them; where i don't get to speak much. Well my thoughts are heard by only a few friends who travel with me in the bus. I wanted everyone to listen or at least read.
  3. Most important thing is I wanted to get out of a major addiction.
Well I can keep on explaining about these points... Might be in my next post!

Journey Back Home 1

14th Aug 2008, I left my office at 8:30:10 PM. It was raining heavily, and heard that there was very very heavy traffic jam on the way. So I thought that it would take at least 2:30 hrs to reach home. So did my normal jobs which I do everyday in the bus. At 10:11:25 PM the bus crossed corporation, towards majestic. Well, that's where every thing stopped. The traffic was so much that the bus just moved 10-15 mtrs in some 1 hr. Now I came to know that my friend was also in the same bus. And due to this traffic jam, I made some new friends in the bus. AT 11:22:50 PM; me, my friend and other new friends decide to step out of the bus and walk till we find some clear road and then get an auto and head home. We were out of the bus and started walking, but on the way we came to know that there was traffic jam even for walking! An Oath!!!

The definition of oath is "A solemn, formal declaration or promise to fulfill a pledge, often calling on God, a god, or a sacred object as witness". Oath must be taken by a person who has self control and good determination, so that it can be fulfilled. I have no self control or good determination, but still I took this oath yesterday 13-Feb-2009. Every time some one sees me coding or feels my coding skills, the first question that I have been asked is " Are you a Comp Sc. student? ". My answer would always be " No, I am an Electrical student. ", they would be astonished to hear it. This whole concept drives me crazy. So on 13-Feb-2009 when I had a bit of spare time to think, these thoughts came into my mind.
